Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

You have had to acknowledge that I am too a person in this equation.

A person in this equation with feelings,

A person in this equation that matters.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

You have had to acknowledge the mess we have landed ourselves in.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

You have left me sitting here with absolutely nothing to hold onto.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

I have waited for you to take lead, to address and to redirect.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

I have waited for you to acknowledge who you came into my life as

And hoping that you would find your way back there

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

I have sat feeling bamboozled and misled.

I have sat wondering how someone can say one thing yet do another.

I wondered how somebody can walk into a life attach to it like a leach and then vanish when toughness that they created approaches.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

I have sat and wondered what your purpose of entering my life was.

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

I have battled with the thought of

“Will he include me in his growth? Or will he continue on selfishly the way he has been.”

I waited

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

To gage our moving forward ability,

Hoping that there would be an action to hold onto with words to match.

It has taken me

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

To realize that if i do not tell you what to do, you simply do not do.

I have realized that I have been waiting for something that is not coming for me.

It has taken me

Seven days.

1 week

168 hours

10080 minutes

604800 seconds

To understand that this ship has sailed.

& although I may have chose to wait even after having watched the boat leave the dock,

for some reason the disappointment I hold in my heart is enormous.
